Located in the beautiful traditional village of Campanet, in the northwest of Mallorca, this modern village house of approx. 234 m2 of constructed space, is built on a plot of approx. 971 m2. It is built on three levels and offers impressive and spectacular views over the valley, the mountains and the village. In its generous rooms the Majorcan character has been preserved, accentuating its typical warmth and comfort.
The large entrance hall leads to a double bedroom, living/dining room and separate kitchen/dining sector with access to a large terrace with barbecue area, one toilette with shower and the staircase leading to the rest areas on the first floor. On this bright level there are three large double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one of them today used as a laundry and ironing room) sharing a full bathroom. There is also a suite with a balcony overlooking spectacular views, with a full bathroom and fitted wardrobes. On the lower level of the main floor there is a garage and storage room of approx. 100 m2 with access to a garden of palm trees which connect to the swimming pool and a large room with kitchen and fridge. Due to the slope of the land there are several storerooms under the base of the villa.
Campanet, founded by King Jaume I, is a picturesque village located on an elevation at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. Far from the tourist overcrowding, it offers an attractive diversity of activities such as the charm of its natural caves, the curious activity of Ses Fonts Ufanes, a natural phenomenon of spring waters. The sublime spring concerts at the Hermitage of Sant Miquel, founded in 1248, contrast with the attractive street market in the main square of the village next to the parish church. Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy trails surrounded by almond, olive, orange and vineyards, as well as cycling routes and the proximity of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa for beach lovers.
