En realidad, cuando nos mudamos desde  Argentina en 2002 a causa de la crisis del 2001, la del corralito, ten\u00edamos representaciones de Alimentos producidos en Argentina, que ofrecimos a los Hoteles. Esto deriv\u00f3 en aceptar el ofrecimiento de venta de Hoteles y devenir en Brokers Hoteleros que all\u00e1 por el 2015 integraron la actividad Inmobiliaria en la cual nos hallamos inmersos hoy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ha sido un camino muy interesante y del cual, el aprendizaje obtenido sumamente enriquecedor, tanto en lo profesional como en lo personal.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En este largo recorrido hemos conocido personas incre\u00edbles que han colaborado en convertirnos en mejores conocedores de la realidad Inmobiliaria de Mallorca, que por cierto, tiene su propia complejidad intr\u00ednseca.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin duda poder transitar esas complejidades ha sido todo un reto, del cual hemos salido airosos, aunque a veces con algunas magulladuras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nuestro objetivo ha sido siempre brindar un servicio con calidad y responsabilidad, ya que consideramos, que la adquisici\u00f3n de un activo inmobiliario ya sea a nivel personal como con destino a la inversi\u00f3n, no es comprarse un par de zapatos.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuanto a esto siempre intento no apartarme de la m\u00e1xima de Steve Jobs: \u201c.. s\u00e9 una vara de medir la calidad. Algunas personas no est\u00e1n acostumbradas a un entorno en el que se espera la excelencia\u201d\u2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las complejidades las que hago referencia muchas pueden considerase hasta pintorescas, pero muchas son producto de la falta de profesionalidad de algunos actores involucrados en este sector.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muestra de ello es que en Espa\u00f1a no hay una Ley que regule la actividad del agente inmobiliario a nivel Nacional, donde se establezcan los requisitos m\u00ednimos de educaci\u00f3n para desarrollarla en todo el territorio del pa\u00eds, como sucede en otros pa\u00edses.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En pocas palabras cualquier persona puede ejercer la actividad inmobiliaria, aunque carezca de aptitud profesional para ello, debido a que no es una competencia del Estado de la Naci\u00f3n regularla, sino que son las Comunidades Aut\u00f3nomas las que tienen la competencia para ello. En este aspecto la pionera en el tema ha sido Catalunya, que desde el a\u00f1o 2010 posee un Registro Obligatorio de Agentes Inmobiliarios dependiente de la Generalitat exigiendo a sus Colegiados un m\u00ednimo nivel de FP de 200 hs, solvencia econ\u00f3mica y seguro de RC.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, el Registro es obligatorio en Extremadura y Valencia, en tanto las CCAA de Canarias, Navarra, Madrid, Murcia, Pa\u00eds Vasco la inscripci\u00f3n es totalmente voluntaria, mientras que en Arag\u00f3n, Castilla y Le\u00f3n, Castilla La Mancha, Asturias, Cantabria, La Rioja y Galicia siguen en la dulce espera y en tanto Baleares a\u00fan no ha definido si su car\u00e1cter ser\u00e1 voluntario u obligatorio y Andaluc\u00eda ha fracasado por considerarlo inconstitucional. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed las cosas, as\u00ed est\u00e1 dada la situaci\u00f3n del ejercicio de la Profesi\u00f3n de Agente Inmobiliario al d\u00eda de hoy en Espa\u00f1a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin duda \u00e9ste no es un tema menor, ya que, si consideramos que la Actividad Inmobiliaria represent\u00f3 en 2022, seg\u00fan el INE el 11,41% del PIB Espa\u00f1ol, y en Octubre de 2023 hubo un total de transferencias de dominio de 167.771 activos, es decir un 9,5% m\u00e1s que en Setiembre de 2023 pero un -0,8% que igual per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o anterior, estimamos deber\u00edan estar en manos altamente profesionalizadas. Ser\u00eda como decir que el 11,41% del destino espa\u00f1ol est\u00e1 en manos no especializadas, un universo demasiado extenso para ser dejado librado al azar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estimamos que existen demasiados intereses en juego para que el pleno Siglo XXI sigamos en esta situaci\u00f3n, aunque si lo comparamos dentro del contexto mundial actual esto s\u00ed se transforma en un tema menor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No obstante, todos los temas menores terminan integrando y conformando los temas mayores que finalizan definiendo un contexto nacional y mundial, como la cantidad de granos de arena que forman un desierto \u00f3 el fondo del mar, con lo cual es totalmente necesario darles una soluci\u00f3n m\u00e1s que inmediata.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ya lo reconoce la Constituci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola en su Art. 47 y en la que se fundamenta la Ley\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12\/2023 del 24 de Mayo (nueva Ley de Vivienda) el derecho b\u00e1sico que representa la vivienda, independientemente del valor econ\u00f3mico y poder adquisitivo de cada ciudadano, para dejar que dichos derechos puedan ser manipulados por personas sin conocimientos y\/o entidades especulativas con pocos o ning\u00fan escr\u00fapulo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin duda se trata de un tema que ha dado y da que hablar mucho e imagino seguir\u00e1 dando que hablar, qui\u00e9n sabe hasta cuando, mientras tanto, en medio de tanto parloteo se podr\u00eda ir bajando al plano de lo concreto medidas que amparen no solo a los compradores y vendedores sino adem\u00e1s a los mismo Agentes Inmobiliario y que redundar\u00e1 en beneficio del inter\u00e9s general y de la comunidad toda.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We started in this activity I would say almost by chance.
